From my home city of Belfast, my work includes films, TV documentaries, music videos and corporates not only in Ireland and the UK but abroad as well. Half of my work is as a DP working with directors and the other half of my work is as a Producer/Director/Cameraman creating commissioned content for broadcasters.
For the first half of my professional career I was a fashion and advertising photographer and then in 2010 I decided to move into filmmaking. In those early years I quickly built up a great reputation as a cinematographer on a number of successful short films and music videos and then as the years passed I can now say most of my work is for television. Being a fashion and advertising photographer taught me how to light, and now I love telling stories via beautifully lit moving images, I love crafting moving images that create an emotional connection with an audience.
